Several game species are found on Koppiesdam: Kudu, Springbok, Warthog and Gemsbok , Blesbok. The hunting season is from 1 May to 31 August every year.
An experienced guide will accompany the hunting party to designated hunting areas on the farm at no extra cost. The guide will also arrange transportation of the carcass to the cooling room, where it will be slaughtered and hung until day of departure.

Springbok hunting is done with “sit and wait method”, while horses or/and bikes move the Springbok around in the camp – at R800 per day.
A hunting bakkie with bench and platform can be rented at R1000 per day.
Slaughtering fees applicable:
R100 – Kudu, Blesbok, Warthog and Gemsbok (Springbok no slaughtering fees)
The number of springbok will be limited to 15 per hunting party.
Minimum 4 pax per booking.
No hunting of Steenbok, Duiker, or other small animals.
T&Cs apply. All details will be given on booking confirmation. A deposit of R5000 will be required upon confirmation of booking. One week before arrival, full deposit for accommodation is payablewill be required.
